Flotation Testing
Increase your recovery and final concentrate grade by using JKTech’s effective flotation testing methodologies – customised to your required conditions.
JKTech offers batch flotation testing to customer specified test conditions. For this type of testing, we typically employ the JK bottom driven batch flotation machines with 5 litre and 2.5 litre cells but other required equipment is also available.
We are able to provide all associated laboratory equipment to complement batch flotation testing such as crushers, screens, rotary and riffle dividers, batch grinding mills, test sieves, pH and Eh meters, pressure and vacuum filters and drying ovens.
A wide range of reporting requirements can be specified, from delivery of raw results for the client to interpret to full analysis and interpretation by JKTech consultants.
