JKTech has developed a flotation optimisation methodology in conjunction with researchers at the JKMRC to better understand the processes occurring within flotation circuits, and determine the optimal performance of the flotation circuit, from both operational and design perspectives.  

 

JKTech offers batch flotation testing to customer specified test conditions, for optimisation of flotation conditions through to reagent trials and design projects. 
 

The JKTech range of specialist flotation equipment is the result of decades of flotation characterisation research and development by the JKMRC and industry. These tools provide the parameters necessary to simulate and optimise flotation circuits using JKSimFloat software. Our range of flotation equipment includes JK Gas Hold-Up Probe, JK Batch Flotation Cell, Anglo Platinum Bubble Sizer and JK Samplers.

 

JKSimFloat is a general purpose computer software package for the simulation and analysis of flotation plant operations. The package is designed to service the diverse needs of plant metallurgists, operators, researchers and consultants to determine the response of the flotation circuit to changes in configuration and operating conditions.
