The JKTech Mineral Liberation Analyser (MLA) provides quantitative analysis of mineral and material samples. The power of scanning electron microscope technology is unlocked to perform targeted mineralogical analyses automatically.

· Introduce all aspects of the MLA, from measurements through to data interpretation
· Provide in-depth knowledge for current MLA users

All fundamental aspects of the MLA measurement, processing and data presentation software will be addressed, as well as basic sample preparation and SEM operation. Basic analysis methods currently offered by the MLA will be described and evaluated in detail and case studies for each will be presented and the applicability to various types of samples.
Course Attendees
This 5-day workshop is designed for new users to advance their MLA skills and should be able to better choose the most appropriate analysis method, taking into account the sample to be analysed and the information needs of the client.
