Snezana obtained her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mineral Processing from the University of Belgrade, Technical Faculty of Bor in Serbia in 2005, graduating as the top student in her class.

Snezana worked for the Sugar Plant Inudstry as the Serbians Government Scholar Researcher at the Technology Faculty in Novi Sad during 2006, at the same time as undertaking her Masters studies at the University of Belgrade.  

In 2007 Snezana became a PhD student with the Julius Kruttschnitt Mineral Research Centre (JKMRC), sponsored by JKTech,  researching the Characterisation of Liberation Kernel.   During 2007 and 2008 she worked in the JKMRC Pilot Plant, carrying out comminution testing including JK Drop Weight, Bond Ball and Bond Rod tests.

In August 2008, Snezana joined JKTech in the role of Comminution Analyst, where she is involved in processing analyses of various comminution tests.
