Barry Kelly has served on company boards in Australia, Austria, Germany and Japan.  He is currently a Non Executive Director of UQHoldings Pty Ltd and Electrometals Technologies Limited.  He was a Director of the Queensland Mining Council from 1997 to 2000. 

He has over 35 years experience in the minerals and resources sector in Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom, Europe and South America.  He has held senior executive roles with the Thiess Group, MIM Holdings Limited and WMC Limited and has undertaken leadership roles in a number of industry federations.
